1.Integrated thermal insulation design, good sealing performance, long thermal insulation time.

The cooler box which insulation material is PU have widely use, can keep hot 7-10 hours and cold 24-96 hours,much better than EPS.

PP:anti hig temperature,the highest ambient temperature can be 150°C.

Usage:

Before using, wipe the lid and place into a freezer until they are fully frozen (about 10 hours). If using KY Ice Packs, fill with clean fresh water, firmly replace the screw cap, then follow the same procedure.

Remove the frozen packs from the freezer, and place every pack into the box in the positions indicated, and close the lid.

When the temperature of the box reduces to below 8oC, open the lid and place the contents to be kept cold in the Cold Chain Box.Close the lid.

 

For longest cold life, make sure that the temperature of the contents to be loaded into the Cold Chain Box is below 8oC.
